Just posting a journal entry to keep things up to date.

What have I been up to... not much. I get ready to go to my new boat in a couple of days... and I am bored out of my mind.

Lets see... what's new... oh yeah! I erased my hard drive completely (formatted it and everything to get rid of the evil windows vista that was installed) and I installed dreamlinux. I cant use Photoshop CS2 (until they fix all the bugs in wine), but if everything goes well, the new linux based OS will be able to handle it. I'm thinking about going back to using Photoshop 7 though. Wine handles that perfectly. I don't know. Of course I could always say "fuck it!" and just use Gimpshop. It's not a bad application. The only real problem I am having is that my wireless card is not picking up on my network (that and i had a hell of a time downloading the driver and installing it). As soon as I get money, I'll buy an ethernet hub and just split the ethernet cable for the DSL with my wifes computer (she still stupidly uses windows vista ultimate... I hope she likes bugs and viruses!)

My web comic Dark Duality will continue to be on hiatus until i get a REAL wacom tablet. Sorry, but you can't be mad for missing what doesn't yet exist. But when that happens, the comics should start rollin' in.
